Complaints policy

We take complaints very seriously.

If you would like to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact the the Senior Partner Dr M Kohlhagen, Senior Receptionist Ms Rhonda Gillan or any of the Doctors in person, by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing.

The Complaint policy operated by every General Practice surgery in Scotland requires the practice to deal with all complaints at first.

Please do not contact any other party regarding your complaint without speaking to us first.

If you do contact another party within the Health Board then your complaint may be passed back to us to deal with.

We aim to acknowledge written complaints within seven working days and contact you as soon as possible when enquiries are complete. You will be given an opportunity to discuss the response in person if you wish. You can bring a companion who is not a lawyer to this meeting.

If you are still not satisfied then we will tell you how to take matters further.
